A Litigation Support Wish List For General Counsel

A study from FTI Technology and Ari Kaplan Advisors: Law department administrators and e-discovery managers in a number of Fortune 1000 companies were queried to determine what special e-discovery teams would like to see general counsel do to help them streamline processes and reduce costs. Among the items on the list: a more efficient standardized collection process, better use of analytics tools to reduce the amount of data that needs to be processed, and enough training on software to provide relative autonomy from IT.
