Jim is a 7-time winner of JD Supra’s Reader’s Choice Award for his writing about eDiscovery and has worked with many organizations across the legal industry, including Exterro, Cloudnine, IPRO, Hanzo, and ACEDS. He was the co-creator of the original legal technology cartoon and blog series “eDiscovery Blues” and has been a regular contributor for eDiscovery Today. In addition to his current role as Features Editor for several Today’s Business Leader publications, he has written fiction appearing in numerous publications, been nominated for a Pushcart Prize, published a collection of short stories (Not Dark Yet, Castoff Press 2024), and has a novel forthcoming in 2025.
