Daniel Yeh Joins Ropes & Gray As Partner

Ropes & Gray announced that Daniel Yeh has joined the firm’s private equity practice as a partner, resident in the Hong Kong office. Yeh’s practice is focused on private equity transactions, including growth equity investments, cross-border M&A, public and private acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions, and joint ventures. He has represented many prominent institutional investors in Asia and has worked extensively on China-related deals. He has also advised clients in transactions across Korea, Australia, Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States.
