Steven Paul McSloy Joins Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP As Partner In Corporate Department

Steven Paul McSloy has joined Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP as a partner in its Corporate Department. McSloy joins Carter Ledyard from Dentons New York office, where he was a partner. He has served as the General Counsel of the Oneida Indian Nation of New York and its Turning Stone Casino and as an Assistant Professor of Corporate Law at St. John’s University School of Law. He is currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, where he lectures on Native American Law.
