Accused of being a tool – possibly inadvertent – of Russian intelligence, and then blacklisted by U.S. officials, Moscow-based Kasperksy Labs, widely considered one of the best cybersecurity outfits in the world, in still in business. Was it an accusation dropped into a media echo chamber or is it the real thing? This article in the Canadian online publication Motherboard is an attempt by a writer to get to the bottom of it.
