Justice Scalia’s Family Donates Papers To Harvard Law School

An extensive collection of papers belonging to late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia will be donated to the Harvard Law School library by his family. The collection includes judicial papers from the Scalia’s nearly three decades on the nation’s highest court, as well as drafts of speeches, articles and papers from earlier in his career. Scalia served on the Harvard Law Review and graduated in 1960. Some of the materials will begin to be made available for research starting in 2020.
