Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP Adds Partner Tracy Gregar Ferak and Of Counsel Jeffrey B. Whitt

Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP has strengthened its products liability and mass tort litigation capabilities with the addition of partner Tracy Gregar Ferak in Chicago. Along with Ferak, Jeffrey B. Whitt is joining the firm as of counsel. Most recently, Ferak was a partner at Reed Smith.

Whitt was formerly a partner at Reed Smith whose complex products liability litigation practice focuses on automotive crashworthiness, toxic tort, building systems, manufacturing equipment, and premises liability disputes throughout North America.
