Gregory A. Markel To Seyfarth Shaw As Partner In Litigation

Seyfarth Shaw has added lawyer Gregory A. Markel to its New York office. Markel joins Seyfarth as a partner in the firm’s Litigation department, and comes from Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York. Markel’s practice focuses on high-stakes litigation regarding securities and antitrust issues, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and directors’ and officers’ defense.
