Mona Bentz, Robert M. Kritzman Added To Baker Donelson

Baker Donelson announces the addition of Mona Bentz and Robert M. Kritzman to the Firm’s Commercial Transactions & Business Counseling Practice Group. Bentz joins Baker Donelson’s Fort Lauderdale office as of counsel and focuses her practice on the business side of aviation law and also advises individuals about trusts and estates. Kritzman also joins the Firm’s Fort Lauderdale office as of counsel, focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital start-ups, asset-backed financing, corporate governance, corporate investigations, cross-border transactions, bank financings, lease financing transactions, mezzanine debt transactions and ship ownership transfers, and construction and finance transactions.
