Snell & Wilmer has added John Della Grotta as a partner in the firm’s Orange County corporate and securities group. Della Grotta comes to Snell & Wilmer from Paul Hastings, LLP. Della Grotta practiced law with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. from 1978 through 1981 and is a member of the U.S. Tax Court.
