Judicial Watch: Still Filing After All These Years

Judicial Watch, a right wing non-profit formed in 1994 to harass President Bill Clinton, is still filing FOIA requests and lawsuits targeting the Clinton’s, their foundation and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. The organization’s founder, Larry Klayman, was forced out in 2003 and sued his successor and Judicial Watch for fraud, defamation, etc. His suit is still in the courts. The organization and its new President, Tom Fitton, have forced the release of several documents that have proved embarrassing to Hillary Clinton, and promises to keep on suing if she is elected. “Everyone wants to move on,” Fitton says. “We don’t move on.”
