Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP is pleased to announce that Kristin L. Yohannan has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a Special Counsel in the Litigation Department. Yohannan is an experienced intellectual property trial attorney and appellate advocate with deep experience in trying cases before the federal district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Yohannan joins Milbank from Cadwalader in Washington, D.C.
