Small firms and solo practitioners are most focused on enhancing their local reputation, improving business development and marketing, and growing while maintaining quality, according to a survey by Thompson Reuters. Solo practitioners rate work/life balance as their top measure of success, but lawyers in firms of 11-to-29 lawyers list overall profits and repeat business on top.
