James M. McGuire Joins Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP As Partner

Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP is pleased to announce that James M. McGuire, a respected litigator who has served the state of New York as an appellate judge, trial court judge, and as chief counsel to former Gov. George Pataki, has joined the firm as a partner. Jim joins HSG from the New York office of Dechert LLP, where he represented clients in securities litigation as well as other complex commercial, white collar, and regulatory matters.
