Mark L. Whitaker Joins Morrison & Foerster’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group

Morrison & Foerster is pleased to announce that Mark L. Whitaker has joined the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group in Washington, D.C. Whitaker comes to the firm from Baker Botts, where he led its International Trade Commission (ITC) practice and expanded its patent litigation in the ITC, district courts, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
