Bonus Plan Preceding a Recall Garners a Lawsuit

Overly-revealing Yoga workout pants have become the seat of a litigation problem for Vancouver-based lululemon athletica. The workout garb, called “see-through” in some accounts, precipitated a multi-million dollar recall for the $1.4 billion dollar company, but not before the compensation committee had approved changes in the company’s bonus plan. The plaintiff is a police and firefighters pension fund in Florida.
