In-House Counsel: Economic Uncertainty and Regulation Biggest Threats to Organizational Growth

In-house counsel consider economic uncertainty and regulatory compliance/enforcement as the two greatest threats to organizational growth, according to a survey conducted early this year by Grant Thornton. Both issues were deemed considerably more serious than any other survey choice, including the threat from business competition, cyber security breaches, supply chain problems and lack of consumer demand. The survey was conducted in January and February of 2013 by ALM Marketing.
