Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP Adds Taylor Smith As Associate

Taylor Smith has joined the Finance & Acquisitions Department of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP as an associate. Smith’s practice focuses on corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions for public and private companies. Smith graduated from the University of Virginia in 2007 with a B.A. in English Literature and received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012. During law school, he interned in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
