Arnold & Porter LLP Add Rachel Rodman As Counsel

Rachel Rodman, former Enforcement Attorney in the Division of Supervision, Fair Lending and Enforcement of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), has joined Arnold & Porter LLP as counsel, resident in the Washington, DC office. As part of Arnold & Porter’s Financial Services practice, Rodman advises and represents financial services companies in a broad range of regulatory matters, including examinations, investigations, and litigation brought by federal and state regulators.
