Chris Gavin To Partner At Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP

Chris Gavin joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP as a partner in the Capital Markets Group in New York. His practice focuses on U.S. and international structured finance transactions covering consumer and corporate debt, including residential mortgage loans. Gavin joins five of his former Mayer Brown partners now at Cadwalader, including Bruce Bloomingdale in New York, as well as Stephen Day and Jeremiah Wagner in London, and Michael Mascia and Wesley Misson in Charlotte who were two of the 11 lateral partners Cadwalader added in 2015.
