Gregory Smith Joins DLA Piper As Partner

DLA Piper announced today that Gregory Smith has joined the firm’s Finance practice as a partner in the Washington, DC, office. Smith, who joins DLA Piper from Allen & Overy, where he headed the firm’s Agency Finance group in the Americas, focuses on international financing transactions, particularly within emerging markets and developing nations.
