But now she has moved into more exotic territory: the big disruptor companies in Silicon Valley, starting with Uber and an employee misclassification lawsuit, and then numerous others. Los Angeles Times reporter Tracey Lien profiles Shannon Liss-Riordan from the Boston plaintiff class-action firm Lichten & Liss-Riordan. “Where some see Silicon Valley innovation,” writes Lien, “Liss-Riordan sees an old power struggle, wrapped in an app.”
