Global law firm Ropes & Gray announced today that John E. Sorkin has joined its mergers & acquisitions practice as a partner in the firm’s burgeoning New York office. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Mr. Sorkin was a partner at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York.
