Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP has announced that Jeffrey S. Boxer and Gary D. Sesser will act as co-chairs of its Litigation Department. Boxer’s practice focuses on general commercial, trade secret, restrictive covenant and employment litigation and arbitration. Sesser is also a commercial litigator, with more than three decades of experience litigating cases ranging from art law to antitrust, from maritime law to trusts & estates.
