Antitrust Whistleblower Law Passes The Senate

The Senate has passed the Criminal Antitrust Anti-Retaliation Act of 2015  (CAARA). It gives protection to whistleblowers who provide, to either their employer or to the government, information they believe relates to antitrust violations. Those protected include, in addition to employees, contractors, subcontractors and agents of the employer.
