Akerman LLP has expanded its Labor & Employment Practice Group with partners John “Pete” Morrison and John Roache in Chicago. They join from K&L Gates. Together they bring complementary practices counseling and defending multistate and international employers in all types of employment litigation, including class and collective actions. Morrison and Roache also enhance the firm’s significant experience in wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, non-compete and trade secret issues.
