David L. Elkind has joined Lowenstein Sandler LLP as a partner in its Washington, D.C. office. Elkind brings extensive trial experience to the firm, as well as a number of current clients in the energy and public utilities sector. Elkind has recovered more than a billion dollars for his clients over his career. Joining Elkind in the move to Lowenstein is an associate from his prior firm.
