BakerHostetler Adds Corporate Partners David Brown, Clayton Coley

BakerHostetler is proud to announce the addition of two corporate partners to its Atlanta office. Partners David Brown and Clayton Coley joined BakerHostetler’s Business and Corporate Group effective May 7. They joined from McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, where Brown served as head of the firm’s Corporate Finance Group.
