Employee Handbooks Add Paid Sick Leave, Data Privacy

Paid sick leave was the most commonly added subject to employee handbooks, with data privacy and social media close behind, according to an XpertHR survey. Eighty percent of the more than 500 HR experts surveyed said they were adding language to address the issue. About 67 percent of respondents said they planned to add more detail regarding data privacy, and 64 percent planned to add social media information.
