Regulations Obama Administration Would Like Finalized In 2015

Lydia Wheeler, writing in The Hill, compiles a list off regulations that the Obama administration would like to see finalized in the coming year. Among them: a new and expanded definition of “waters of the United States” for purposes of regulation under The Clean Water Act, a requirement under Dodd-Frank that public companies disclose the pay ratio between the highest paid executives and average workers, an extension of FDA authority over more tobacco product and e-cigarettes, new limits on emissions from existing power plants, and a lowering of permissible ground level ozone standards.
