Noemi C. Espinosa Named GC Of HeartFlow Inc.

HeartFlow Inc. has appointed Noemi C. Espinosa as general counsel. Prior to joining HeartFlow, Espinosa served as vice president of legal operations and assistant general counsel for Intuitive Surgical in Sunnyvale, Calif. She also served as the vice president of intellectual property for Illumina, Inc., in San Diego. Espinosa also spent more than 20 years in private practice as a litigation partner in the Silicon Valley offices of three major national law firms: Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, Dewey Ballantine LLP, and Dechert LLP.
