Stephanie Hildebrandt, Enterprise Products GC, Leaving For Norton Rose Fulbright

Enterprise Products’ general counsel and corporate secretary, Stephanie Hildebrandt, is leaving to join Norton Rose Fulbright, while Craig Murray, a Vinson & Elkins corporate partner in Houston, has been hired to replace her. Enterprise also announced that Locke Lord partner Vijay A. D’Cruz of Houston is the company’s new head of litigation.
