PCTEL, Inc. GC Varda Goldman To Step Down

PCTEL, Inc. has announced that Varda Goldman will step down as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She will serve as the company’s Vice President, Legal Transition Officer during 2015 and consult on a variety of matters. She will retire from PCTEL at the end of 2015. Shelley Bacastow, who has been the company’s Assistant General Counsel, will be promoted to Vice President and General Counsel effective January 1, 2015.
