Texas AG Leads 17 States Suing Obama Administration

The Texas attorney general is spearheading a 17-state coalition suing the Obama administration, challenging the president’s executive order easing immigration restrictions for millions of undocumented Americans. The lawsuit does not seek damages, rather it seeks to revoke the executive order Obama announced last month, an order that would allow 4.7 million undocumented immigrants to stay without the threat of deportation.
