Netflix Sues Former Exec For Fraud

Streaming giant Netflix has filed a lawsuit against a former vice president, claiming fraud and breach of his fiduciary duties. The suit alleges that Mike Kail, VP of information technology operations who left Netflix for Yahoo in August, took kickbacks from vendors he brought to Netflix, pocketing around half-a-million dollars. He may have also taken benefits such as “stock and/or gift cards,” Netflix claims in the suit.
