Indiana Supreme Court Upholds A Right-To-Work Law

The Indiana Supreme Court, reversing a lower court decision, has ruled that Indiana’s right-to-work law is constitutional. Signed by Governor Mitch Daniels in 2012, the law was challenged under a relatively obscure provision of the Indiana state constitution that prohibits the state from requiring services to be rendered without just compensation, explain Ogletree Deakins attorneys Charles B.
