Alison Crosland Named Real Estate COO At Berwin Leighton Paisner

International law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner has appointed Alison Crosland as its new Real Estate COO. Crosland joins BLP having spent over 20 years at Control Risks Group, an independent international specialist political, security and integrity risk consultancy, where she was Main Board Director, a role she held from 2002 to 2011. Most recently, Crosland was Operations Director at LGBT Finance, a start-up linking the LGBT community to financial and legal professional advice. Prior to this, Alison was COO at Asperity Employee Benefits, a private equity-backed international company offering flexible benefits for employees.
