Cozen O’Connor has added Elan R. Kandel to the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Global Insurance Department. Kandel, formerly a partner with Kaufman Borgest & Ryan LLP, counsels on all aspects of claims involving private equity firms and their portfolio companies, including professional liability, directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, and fiduciary liability.
