Penn. Chief Justice To Review “Porn Emails” At Root Of AG Office Scandal

Pennsylvania’s Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane has agreed to let the state’s top court review sexually explicit emails from judges or judicial employees, including from state Supreme Court Justice Seamus McCaffery. The state’s Supreme Court Chief Justice, Ronald D. Castille, has asked to learn the names of the 30 current employees involved, and review the messages that have led to the resignation of four Attorney General Office employees since the scandal broke.
