Much-Used Chemical Coming Soon To Prop 65

A client alert to makers and sellers in the California market, from Morrison & Foerster: Barring a successful court challenge by the American Chemical Council, on December 20 a widely-used chemical known as diisononyl phthalate (DINP) will be added to the list that requires a proposition 65 warning.
