Another Wilson Sonsini Employee Charged With Insider Trading

Federal authorities are charging an IT employee of law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati with engaging in insider trading, the second time in three years that an employee of the firm has faced such charges. Over a three-year period, Dmitry Braverman used confidential information about corporate deals to make illegal trades in stocks, generating nearly $300,000 in illegal profits, the feds allege.
