Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. has added Carey S. Roberts to the firm as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. For the past 17 years, Ms. Roberts has worked at Covington & Burling LLP. She has been a partner in the Corporate Department since 2005. At Covington, Ms. Roberts has advised a broad range of public and private companies on securities, finance, general corporate, regulatory, employee compensation and benefits, and intellectual property matters.
