Armanino LLP Names Chris Carlberg GC

Armanino LLP appointed Chris Carlberg its first General Counsel in the firm’s history. Carlberg most recently served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon.com, where he led a team that supported product development and operations of the company’s cloud computing business, and helped implement that division’s worldwide professional services arm. Prior to Amazon.com, Carlberg was an attorney for Perkins Coie LLP. Earlier in his career, Carlberg worked as an attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP.
