American Stock Transfer & Trust Company Names Ellen McCarthy Chief Risk and Compliance Officer

American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC announced it has hired Ellen McCarthy as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, North America. McCarthy joins AST with over 20 years of experience in legal, risk management and compliance leadership roles. Prior to joining AST, she served as Senior Counsel with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She held positions on several committees for FINRA that focused on driving continuous improvements through cross-functional collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
