American Solar Direct Promotes CFO Kevin A. Bauer To President

American Solar Direct has appointed Kevin A. Bauer as its President. Bauer has served as Chief Financial Officer since joining the company in October of 2013. Kevin will continue to serve as CFO in conjunction with his new appointment as President. Prior to joining ASD, Bauer was a managing director at Global H2O Investments (GHI), a San Diego-based private equity firm which he co-founded. GHI provides project finance capital for the development and acquisition of water, wastewater and “waste-to-value” infrastructure assets, and also invests directly in related operating company business models.
