USPTO Expands Law School Pro Bono Legal Clinic Program

In a sometimes-anemic job environment for new law grads, intellectual property remains in demand, and so too is demand from law students who are interested in participating the USPTO’s supervised legal clinic program for independent inventors and small businesses. This summer the program involved 19 new schools, bringing the total number participating up to 45. The program was founded in 2008 at just six law schools.
