LinkedIn To Pay Millions For Overtime Violations

A Labor Department investigation has found LinkedIn violated the Fair Labor Standard Act by not keeping accurate records and not paying overtime. As a result, the company has paid $3.3 million in overtime back wages and $2.5 million in damages to 359 current and former employees. LinkedIn fully cooperated, DOL officials said.
