Molly R. Bryson Joins Ballard Spahr As Partner

Molly R. Bryson has joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in Washington, D.C. Bryson assists major banks and companies with their investments in affordable housing, solar energy, businesses in low-income communities, and historic preservation using tax credits and commercial and subsidized financing. She works in concert with the IRS, HUD, SEC, state housing agencies, housing authorities, tax-exempt organizations, and trade associations on behalf of investors, syndicators, developers, and lenders. Bryson comes to Ballard Spahr from Nixon Peabody, where she was a partner in the firm’s Real Estate & Community Development Department and an office leader of the firm’s women’s initiative. At Ballard Spahr, she is a member of the Real Estate Department and the Housing, Tax Credits, and Energy and Project Finance Groups.
