Former Zynga GC Reginald Davis Joins DocuSign, Inc.

DocuSign, Inc. announced that Reginald (“Reggie”) Davis, former general counsel and executive vice president of corporate and business affairs at Zynga, will join the company on August 4. Davis will serve as DocuSign’s general counsel and member of the company’s executive leadership team, reporting to Chairman and CEO Keith Krach. Ken Moyle, DocuSign’s current general counsel and vice president of legal and corporate affairs, will assume the role of DocuSign Chief Policy Officer. Davis brings nearly 30 years of general business leadership and legal expertise in technology to his new role at DocuSign, including most recently as general counsel and EVP at Zynga
