Jeremy Newell Appointed To GC Of The Clearing House

The Clearing House has promoted Jeremy Newell to serve as general counsel of the trade group, which represents some of the largest financial institutions. Newell, who joined the organization in May 2013, had served as the head of regulatory affairs, helping to shape the development of regulatory policy, strategy and advocacy for the Clearing House. His promotion is effective immediately.
